I am so sorry I have not been blogging much lately. I have been trying to wrap up many weddings, events, and portraits. Its just been a crazy couple of weeks!
To look ahead in the next couple of weeks there will be many photos being uploaded and some new ventures. Tomorrow’s post is going to be one that is different and hopefully inspiring to not only Bride-To-Be’s but I hope it inspires anyone who reads it to start to eat healthy and exercise.
Recently I have started to read a book called Choose More, Lose More for Life and well it really has motivated me to start cooking and eating healthy and then to start to go to the gym 5 days a week. So as I go along this journey you can follow along too. I will be posting healthy and delicious recipes each week along with some delicious looking photos of food and document other things around me as well.
I will be posing every Wednesday on the blog about the last weeks progress and of course some yummy healthy recipes. You can also follow daily different photographs on Instagram (photoplanningservices).
