There are four things that I love spening time to do. Ice Skating Delta Sigma PI, Swimming, and Photography.
When I was 3 years old I watched Nancy Kerrigan skate at the olympics and knew that was what I wanted to do in life. The only issue was that the closest ice skating rink was about an hour away. So I played soft ball for a couple of years and then when I turned 10 my life changed. The Prince Willim Ice Skating rink opened up only 6 minutes away from my house. From then on I skated all of the time, several times a week for 9 years. I learned single jumps, double jumps, and spins. Then when I was 19 I hurt my back when I was ice skating, but now 6 years later I still try to skate all of the time because when I am on the ice I feel free and can clear my head.
Ice skating is something that has played a big part in my life for the last 15 years.
During high school a good friend of mine talked me into joining the swim team. I had no idea what i was getting into. I realized that I love to swim. Although I was not the best when I joined I got better and then had the ability to swim in college for George Mason’s Swim team. I still love to swim!
Photography, why photography? Looking back I guess I loved to take pictures! When I was very very little anytime my parents had film in their camera I would take the camera and go through the entire roll of film with pictures of stuffed animals, animals and anything in reach in my bed room. Then when I was in high school I took a photography class and loved it. I went on to study photography at NOVA and received my associates degree in specialized fine arts photography.

Saving the best for last is Delta Sigma Pi. Delta Sigma Pi os a business fraternity that I was apart of in college. George Mason’s Mu Tau chapter was one of the best things I did in my life. Being apart of them let me grow so much and made me who I am today. They gave me the chance to be Historian or photographer and with out that experience I would have never gotten my photography to where it is today. Not only that it challenged me with event planning and I was able to put together Business Fest 2008, 2009, and 2010.
(Mu Tau Chapter worked hard and achieved National Most Outstanding Chapter plus many more!)
Without Delta Sigma Pi I know that I would not be where I am today!

Together these things really can show you who I am and what I like to spend time doing when I am not working!
