Fit and Fab Friday: The Perfect Exercise

Todays blog is not going to talk about which exercise is the perfect.  Instead we are going to talk about finding your own perfect exercise. For the past several months I have been trying to find the perfect exercise.  I tried running which was fun but not as fun as I want it to be.  Although I do love running 5k’s I don’t like running on a treadmill because well I get bored of running on a treadmill. I also tried strength training which I learned a lot from but again it not one that I love, I like it but I don’t love it.  Years ago I used to swim and ice skate all of the time and I loved those types of exercise.  Recently, I tried the bar method and have really loved it.  It combines yoga, pilates, ballet, and strength training into one which is really neat! The moral of the story is to not give up!  Try new things whether it be swimming, the bar method, zumba, or many other things out keep trying until you find the one that fits.  Most importantly though stay active and you will not only see result but you will feel better too! -Heather
