Fit and Fab Friday: Healthy Recipe-Barbecue Pizza Taco
Fit and Fab Friday is here! Today I will keep it short and sweet with a yummy and somewhat healthy recipe. Barbecue Pizza Taco Ingredients: Grilled chicken strips or grilled chicken meat substitute Kraft Philadelphia Triple Cheddar Tumaro’s low in carb 60 calorie tortilla Sweet Baby Rays Hickory and Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce Other vegetable/fruit toppings (onions, lettuce, pineapple, peppers, olives, squash, spinach, etc.) Cook the chicken or meat substitute Place chicken or meat substitute in bowl and mix with 1-2 Tbsp. Barbecue Sauce Place chicken or meat substitute on top of tortilla Sprinkle with a little bit of cheese and other fruit/vegetable toppings Microwave or heat in the oven until cheese is melted. If adding lettuce, add lettuce after cooking. If you would like to add sour cream to make it healthier add Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
You can either eat it like a taco or like a pizza!
